VENDOR AGREEMENT
1. To reserve a selling space, complete and return the Vendor Application and send it together with your payment (cash or check only). Checks shall be payable to: STARLIGHT RECREATION LLC. Our business address is:

2. Selling space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. Space is reserved upon receipt of a complete application and complete payment.
3. The Starlight Drive In reserves the right to approve or disapprove any application and to place limits on the number of vendors selling a particular type of merchandise or food.
4. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to comply with the applicable tax and fee requirements of the State of Georgia, County of DeKalb. ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES AND APPLICABLE LAWS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF FEES PAID AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL.
5. All Vendors are required to supply and have on site at the festival all necessary licenses and permits. Vendors will supply their own sales tax forms as required by the State Board of Equalization.
6. All Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, electric cords, lights and all equipment necessary for their selling space. Tents are highly recommended.
7. Vendor Space is $50.00. (For art, merch, collectables, etc.) It provides for one vehicle parking space in addition to one selling space, approximately 20x20.
8. Selling or distribution is allowed only in the Seller’s Lot.
THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
8. Vendor check-in and set up is between 10:00am and 1:00pm.
9. Vendors must maintain a clean and presentable booth. Vendors are responsible for the removal of all materials, litter and garbage. Movies will start at 9:00pm. Vendors must exercise care in tear down so that it does not interfere with the event in progress. Noise and light must be kept to a minimum.
10. Applications for advance reservations must be received no later than May 30th. Vendors may show the day of event and will be served on a first come, first served basis.
11. All Vendors will be provided one parking space on the Seller’s lot and (2) tickets good for general admission. Additional tickets (for employees and booth staff) may be purchased at the general admission rate.
12. Expressly prohibited merchandise: weapons of any kind; unlawful items; counterfeit merchandise of any nature.
13. Pets are not allowed inside the festival grounds.
14. Coolers and food items are allowed. Any food or drink sales require that you pay food vendor fees and abide by the terms of food vendors (see section 18).
15. HOLD HARMLESS: Vendors, their employees and assigns, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Starlight Drive In from and against all claims arising from any negligence by the Vendor, their agents or employees, arising from any accident, injury, or damage to persons or property, or any injury whatsoever, however caused, to any person occurring in or about the immediate vicinity of the space operated by the Vendors.
16. FOOD VENDORS:
1. An additional cleaning deposit of $25.00 is charged.
2. Vendors must have fire extinguishers on premises if any food is cooked, or there is use of an open flame.
3. Vendors provide their own heating and cooling devices.
4. Vendors must be in compliance with DeKalb County Health requirements and permit requirements.
5. Vendors may not dispose of grease, liquids or burning objects on the grounds of the Starlight Drive In. These must be packed out.
6. Vendors must provide proof of insurance.
